The sale price received was well in line with the initial estimated value. The preparation, method and advertising process was efficient and very competent. We were away overseas for most of the buyer inspections period but Michael handled all of these with no issues for us. Altogether very happy with the service and price. Great service and was very attentive. Easily contactable and very knowledgeable.
