At Sayers & Co, we believe in the power of local connections. Through our partnership with Mornington Yacht Club, we’re rewarding property referrals while giving back to a club that brings our community together.

Whether you’re an MYC member, a friend or a family member, if you know someone thinking of selling their property or looking for a property manager, we’d love an introduction.

Every successful referral rewards you and contributes to Mornington Yacht Club.

How the referral program works

Know someone thinking of selling? Introduce them to Sayers & Co.

For every referred property listed and sold through Sayers & Co:

• $750 to Mornington Yacht Club.

Property management | $500 total reward

Know a landlord looking for a property manager? We’d welcome the opportunity to help.

For every property transferred to Sayers & Co’s property management department and retained under management for a minimum of 12 months:

• $100 for member to spend at the Members Bar
